Full-bleed 20-80 page estate books, feature sheets, and post cards will be circulated amongst qualified prospects and brokerages. A well-designed, attractive “for sale” sign with a wrought iron post is installed at the seller’s request (another great way to capture buyers already attracted to the neighbourhood as they are driving by).

We arrange an exclusive, catered brokers’ preview by invitation as one of the first tasks of the marketing strategy. This event is a great way to expose the property to specifically targeted Realtors who actively sell in the luxury niche and may have a potential client.
